Inline Editing

Most fields can be edited directly in the table by clicking on them:

  • Name, Planned/Actual amounts, Leads, Revenue
  • Status (click the icon)
  • Owner (click the avatar)
  • Labels (click to add/remove)

Labels

Labels help you categorize and filter campaigns. They’re color-coded and organization-wide.

To add labels, click the labels column on any campaign row, then select existing labels or type a new name and click “Create.”

Linking Line Items

Link budget line items to campaigns to aggregate planned and actual values.

  1. Click the expand arrow on any campaign row
  2. Search for line items from your budgets
  3. Select a line item to link it

When linked:

  • Planned shows: Line item total / Campaign budget (e.g., “$5,000 / $10,000”)
  • Actual shows the sum of all linked line item actuals
  • CAC and ROI calculations use line item totals

To unlink, click the X button next to the item in the expanded view.

Filtering and Sorting

Filter campaigns using the bar at the top of the page by:

  • Status
  • Owner
  • Labels

Sort by clicking any column header. Click again to toggle ascending/descending order.

Customize columns by clicking the settings icon in the filter bar. Your preferences persist across sessions.

Calculated Metrics

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Actual / Leads A lower CAC indicates more efficient spending.

Return on Investment (ROI): (Revenue - Actual) / Actual × 100%

  • Positive ROI (green): Campaign is profitable
  • Negative ROI (red): Campaign cost more than it generated
  • Dash (-): Cannot calculate (missing data)
